San Francisco cops are baffled by a robbery report in which the victim left more than $3,000 worth of electronics — including an Apple iPad — in a parked car overnight. On Twitter Friday, Northern Station police Capt. Anne Mannix reported the car break-in at Filbert and Divisadero streets. An irate driver hurled a rock through the window of a car stopped in traffic near the University of San Francisco campus Tuesday.The victim told cops the driver had followed his car from Ellis and Divisadero streets at around 3:30 p.m. The driver threw the rock at Stanyan and Fulton streets.
