A dice game in the Bayview District turned bloody Saturday morning when one of the players got angry and shot the other player, San Francisco police said.Police spokesman Lt. Troy Dangerfield said a 30-year-old man was found shot in the neck at Third Street and La Salle Avenue, where he and another man had been playing dice on the sidewalk.
