Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding possibly several drivers who may have struck a San Francisco man on Interstate 280 in Daly City early Saturday and then left the scene of the deadly incident.The victim was identified by the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office as 27-year-old David Hanna.The incident was reported about 4:30 a.m. just north of Eastmoor Avenue on southbound I-280, the California Highway Patrol said.
