Cole Valley residents will get an update tomorrow night on the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency’s plans to upgrade rail infrastructure along Carl Street. The rail project, scheduled to begin next year, will repair trackway used by Muni’s N-Judah on Carl Street between Arguello Boulevard and Cole Street.
