Chris Jackson was re-elected to his position on the City College of San Francisco board of trustees last month, but he might have to forfeit the seat if he does not submit certain paperwork before the official swearing-in ceremony. According to the Ethics Commission, Jackson failed to file updated campaign finance reports on July 31,  Oct. 5 and Oct. 30.
