All-electronic tolling on the Golden Gate Bridge began Wednesday, but some drivers may have been a little too eager to take advantage of the lack of congestion. Some drivers were clocked at speeds of 60 mph going through the now-vacant toll plaza, according to the California Highway Patrol.
