Driver spots his own stolen trailer on I-880

A motorist driving on Interstate Highway 880 in the East Bay this afternoon called the California Highway Patrol after spotting his own stolen trailer driven by another person, a CHP spokesman said. Police activity shuts down Highway 4 in Pittsburg

State Highway 4 is shut down in both directions in Pittsburg this morning because of police activity, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
