That’s cold man. A woman was attacked with ice cream before her cellphone was pilfered in downtown San Francisco on Saturday, police said. The 23-year-old victim was in the 800 block of Market Street about 9:15 p.m. when a man and woman, aged 18 to 20, hit her with the ice cream, police said.
