A security guard at the Third and Mission Rock streets site responded to a motion sensor alarm, police said. An off-duty cop foiled a burglary in Potrero Hill on Tuesday, cops said. The cop saw the 38-year-old suspect inside the residence in the 500 block of Kansas Street around 4:20 p.m. He called 911 and pursued the suspect.
