Unofficial results from Tuesday’s City Council race showed Ray Miller and Terry O’Connell leading five-termer Cyril Bologoff.
Miller, a former councilman, led the pack. He was last on the City Council in 1995 and has spent 13 years on the open-space and ecological committee. O’Connell, an insurance appraiser, held a slim lead over Bologoff. Read More
