Police have surrounded a home in East Oakland where they believe a suspect in a shooting outside a San Leandro Walmart store on Black Friday has barricaded himself. San Leandro police Sgt. Three teenagers were robbed in line at a San Francisco store on Thanksgiving while waiting for a Black Friday sale, police said.
The victims, two boys ages 14 and one 15, were walking to the end of the line of a store at Masonic Avenue and Geary Boulevard around 9:40 p.m.
