A suspected burglar who was arrested in Noe Valley on Tuesday after a vigilante peppered him with bear spray pleaded not guilty Thursday. Andy Anduha, 51, of San Francisco, is charged with one count of first-degree burglary following the alleged theft of a package from a home on 22nd Street.
