A 32-year-old woman was stabbed in the chest during a bar fight in the Bayview on Sunday, police said.The victim was approached by a woman in her 30s at Third Street and Galvez Avenue around 1 a.m. in front of the bar, San Francisco police Sgt. A mechanic working for a party bus company in San Francisco’s Bayview district was killed Thursday when a bus he was working on rolled back on top of him, state safety officials said today.Walter Pietila, 58, was killed in an accident reported at 11:59 a.m. Thursday at a maintenance yard owned by California Experience LLC at 355 Selby St., according to Dean Fryer, spokesman for the state Division of Occupational Safety and Health. 18-year-old found shot to death in San Francisco's Bayview

An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in the Bayview district Saturday afternoon. Police said that at 4:49 p.m., they responded to a call on the unit block of Carr Street. When officers arrived, the victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Cops did not have a description of the suspect or suspects. A Bayview man was smashed over the head with a frying pan during a spat with his roommate over potatoes on Thanksgiving, according to San Francisco police. Spat settled with stabbing in San Francisco’s Bayview district

Two squabbling women in their 20s settled the dispute with a stabbing in the Bayview on Wednesday, police said. The bloody spat occurred in the 4800 block of Third Street around 5 p.m. The woman stabbed the other woman in her left elbow and fled.
