A crook rifling through a garage in the Bayview stole a man’s guns — including a Civil War-era rifle — last weekend, police said. The 27-year-old victim in the 1400 block of Shafter Avenue left his garage door open on Friday around 10 p.m. When he returned Saturday around 2:30 a.m., he noticed his safe, which contained the classic gun and another rifle with a scope, was gone, police said.
