The 17-year-old will be representing California in the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen competition, the “little sister” to the Miss America contest, in Orlando, Fla. She plans to perform ballet in the talent portion of the event.

‘Bella Notte’: The San Francisco Ballet opened its 79th season Thursday with a gala performance in the War Memorial Opera House and Italian-themed black-tie fundraising dinners, hosted by the S.F.
