High beams lead San Francisco cops to stolen vehicle

This suspect wasn’t very bright after all. Southern Police Station officers who had been patrolling the Sixth Street corridor during the early morning hours of Feb. 12 said they came upon a vehicle traveling southbound with its high beams on.
