San Francisco ATM robberies leave two men with injuries

A man suffered deep slash wounds during one of two nighttime robberies at San Francisco ATMs on Monday, police said. The 29-year-old victim was robbed about 3:15 a.m. while using an ATM at 24th and Mission streets, police said. Two thugs reportedly blocked the man’s path as he was leaving the cash machine. Two arrested in SoMa ATM robbery, kidnapping

A 51-year-old woman was robbed and kidnapped while using the ATM at a South of Market district bank Monday afternoon, police said. Two suspects were arrested shortly after the woman was forced into a vehicle in front of the Wells Fargo Bank at Fourth and Brannan streets around 2:30 p.m. One of the suspects, a 38-year-old woman, pulled the victim’s hair as she was using the ATM and ordered her to enter her PIN and withdraw money, a witness told police.
