The first attack occurred about 5:48 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Jackson Street, police said. A woman’s former in-house caretaker broke into her Richmond district home Wednesday night, assaulted her and stole her flat-screen television, police Officer spokesman Albie Esparza said. An argument over drugs turned bloody Tuesday in the Tenderloin when a man was cut in the forehead, police Officer Albie Esparza said. The 38-year-old victim and another man were allegedly arguing over money and drugs in the 300 block of Jones Street about 11:30 p.m. During the argument, the attacker pulled out either a razor blade or small pocket knife and sliced the victim’s forehead, Esparza said.

San Francisco police have arrested a suspect in a fatal beating death in the Tenderloin last fall, they said. Jarrett Earl Campbell, 41, of San Francisco, was detained Tuesday in Oakland, police said. Campbell was booked into San Francisco County Jail and charged with murder in the death of David Hutching. Hutching, 42, was brutally beaten in an Oct. 14 attack in the 400 block of Ellis Street. He succumbed to his injuries Oct. 26.
