A Bayview district man was arrested on suspicion of swiping a package filled with narcotics from a postal truck in the Ashbury Heights neighborhood Monday.The 28-year-old suspect apparently knew the package would be dropped off at a home in the 500 block of Belvedere St. around 1:30 p.m., police said Tuesday.
