A funeral service will be held Friday for the two firefighters killed in Thursday’s blaze in the Diamond Heights neighborhood, according to the Fire Department.Lt. A second firefighter died Saturday morning as a result of injuries sustained in a Diamond Heights blaze.
Antony “Tony” Valerio, 53, was pronounced dead at San Francisco General Hospital at 7:40 a.m., Dr. Andre Campbell said.
“The injuries were too much for him,” Campbell said. “This morning, we had to declare him dead.”
