The homeless man who in July was allegedly found near Golden Gate Park with an arsenal of weapons and ammo in his vehicle intended to harm a family member, police said Wednesday.
Also found in Robert Johns’ Jeep Cherokee was a card listing the names and titles of U.S. politicians, but police do not know if the 37-year-old was targeting any of them.
