A two-alarm fire that burned between two buildings in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood early this morning appears to have been accidental, a deputy fire chief said.The fire was reported at 12:58 a.m. between two residential buildings at 1127 Elm St. and 1580 Golden Gate Ave., Deputy Fire Chief Pat Gardner said.
