A SWAT team stormed a home in the Western Addition on Friday and rescued a woman who had been kidnapped at gunpoint, police said.The woman’s estranged husband kidnapped her at her home on Addison Street, then drove her to his residence in the 1100 block of Scott Street. Cops spotted his car parked near the residence. No one answered when they knocked on his door, police said.

Supervisor Bevan Dufty wanted to send a message to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency that it needs to install traffic calming measures, like speed bumps, along Addison Street in Diamond Heights in short order.
