A 32-foot pleasure boat went on a joy ride without a captain in the San Francisco Bay Wednesday morning after its owner fell overboard. Around 11:20 a.m. the Coast Guard received a call that a person was in the water west of Treasure Island, according to Coast Guard spokesman Aaron Coffin.
