A Mission Bay nightclub that was the site of a fatal shooting early Sunday has closed temporarily, police said.
About 1:40 a.m. Sunday, Lee Farley, 39, of Richmond was shot and killed during an argument that started inside dance club Jelly’s, police said.
The fight escalated and spilled outside, where the shooter, who’s still at large, pulled out a gun and shot Farley in the chest.

Police are still searching for clues in the fatal shooting in Pittsburg Tuesday morning of a San Francisco man who had no criminal record and no apparent ties to the city, Pittsburg police Lt. Brian Addington said today.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at Marina Walk Park on West Sixth Street at about 3 a.m. Tuesday and found 22-year-old Benjamin Merrill suffering from a gunshot wound, Addington said.
Merrill was pronounced dead at the scene.
