The man accused of killing a Sacramento woman and torching her body and car in San Francisco's Lower Haight neighborhood early Monday is being charged with murder and arson, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

Six black men, between the ages of 18 and 24, entered the business around 6:15 p.m. and were told by the 28-year-old merchant they were closed, cops said. One of the crooks pulled out a gun and threatened the victim while the others tied him up and robbed the store, police said. The passenger of a car assaulted a jogger who complained the vehicle’s driver had cut him off at a city crosswalk Monday, police said.
The runner was in the crosswalk at Page and Laguna streets around 8:15 a.m. when he was cut off, police said, citing “many witnesses.”
The runner stopped, placed his hands on the driver’s window and asked, “Why did you do this?” police said.
