Six black men, between the ages of 18 and 24, entered the business around 6:15 p.m. and were told by the 28-year-old merchant they were closed, cops said. The passenger of a car assaulted a jogger who complained the vehicle’s driver had cut him off at a city crosswalk Monday, police said.
The runner was in the crosswalk at Page and Laguna streets around 8:15 a.m. when he was cut off, police said, citing “many witnesses.”
