A business in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights was robbed by armed goons Tuesday, police said. Two unknown suspects entered the business in the 3000 block of Geary Boulevard around 9 p.m., cops said. One of them had a black handgun. They demanded the combination to the safe from one of the three women who worked there. None of the employees had the combination, cops said.

A man beat and threatened a woman with a handgun before cutting her hands and face in the Laurel Heights area Thursday, cops said. The 46-year-old man and 23-year-old woman were apparently using drugs together in 2500 block of Sutter Street around 4 a.m., police said. The man struck the woman with the butt of a handgun, placed the gun in her mouth, and then cut the woman in her face and hands with a knife, cops said.
