Moammar Gadhafi is exploring an exit strategy from Libya, according to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"This is what we hear from so many sources," Clinton told ABC's Diane Sawyer Tuesday. "Some of it, we think, is exploring — what are my options, where I could go, what could I do. And we would encourage that."
