San Jose police Tuesday said the killing of an 18-year-old man on Monday night appears to be gang-related.
The man, who has yet to be identified, died late Monday night after a shooting around 9 p.m. in the 1700 block of Ross Circle, San Jose police Officer Jose Garcia said.
Lt. Alan Cavallo said Tuesday the shooting had "gang undertones."
