50-year-old woman seriously injured after crashing car into tree

A 50-year-old San Bruno woman was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in South San Francisco when she lost control of her car and crashed into a tree, police said. The woman was driving east on South Spruce Avenue at about 4:30 p.m. when, for unknown reasons, she drove onto the sidewalk and struck the tree, according to police. A 65-year-old man was injured when he was struck by a car in South San Francisco on Monday night, police said. The victim, Herman Britt, was jaywalking in the 200 block of Grand Avenue when he was hit around 8:45 p.m., police said. Police are warning South San Francisco residents about a grabby creep that may have tried to abduct a schoolgirl Monday morning.The suspect, described as a short black man with dreadlocks, grabbed the juvenile by the arm and tried to pull her away as she was walking in the 700 block of Camaritas Avenue around 8:45 a.m.She demanded that he let go and was able to free herself from the perv. A 14-year-old boy was killed and another wounded in a shooting in South San Francisco on Sunday night, a police sergeant said today.The two boys were standing with a third teenager in the 600 block of First Lane at about 8:50 p.m., when as many as four suspects drove up in a black 2004 or 2005 four-door Honda Civic or Accord, South San Francisco police Sgt.
