A 9-year-old Philadelphia Phillies fans who had just watched his team beat the Giants at AT&T Park Thursday night was seriously injured in a hit-run car rampage, according to police and news reports.
An allegedly drunken 21-year-old man in a 2004 Toyota Tundra plowed into the boy at Mission and New Montgomery streets around 10:30 p.m. He then sped off, striking "numerous" parked and moving vehicles while fleeing to the freeway, police said.
