This suspect was really a care "taker." A Daly City bank manager received praise from police for turning in a heartless caregiver earlier this month who allegedly stole money from a client -- a double amputee who uses a motorized wheelchair. The victims, a family of four San Francisco residents, had been walking back to their car at about 7:45 p.m. on Thursday when the passenger of a green sedan demanded money from the mother, Daly City police said Monday.
