A pit bull mauled a pregnant woman to death inside her Pacifica home Thursday.  Darla Napora, 32, was found dead in the front room of her home in the 500 block of Reina Del Mar Ave., according to Pacifica police Captain Dave Bertini. Antioch police arrest boy who was subject of Amber Alert

Antioch police reported a 16-year-old boy, originally the subject of a statewide Amber Alert, was arrested this afternoon in connection with a Monday barber shop robbery. Police say the boy has admitted his involvement in the robbery, as well as the feigning of his kidnapping. The robbery occurred at Al's Barber Shop, 11 W. 18th St., at about 3:40 p.m. Monday, police said. Read More

The Sunshine Task Force caught the Recreation and Park Department violating San Francisco’s Sunshine Ordinance. Condiment caper confounds Austrian cops

These crooks must have one heck of an appetite!Thieves in Austria made off with a trailer filled with 21 tons of mustard and ketchup, according to The Associated Press. The trailer was parked at a lot in Vienna over the weekend and when the driver showed up Monday to make the delivery he saw the trailer was gone. Police say the thieves were more interested in the trailer than the condiments inside. Read More
