Community meeting about Fillmore Substation on Tuesday

The supervisor of The City’s District 5 is co-sponsoring a community meeting Tuesday to discuss possible uses for the former Fillmore Substation. City officials have discussed fixing the long-abandoned building at Fillmore and Turk streets, and there’s been talk about converting it into a jazz center or other community resource.
