A two-alarm fire that burned two buildings in Noe Valley on Monday afternoon was extinguished in about 50 minutes, a Fire Department spokeswoman said. The blaze was reported about 2:35 p.m. on the top floor of a three-story building at 276 Jersey St., then spread to a second building, Fire Department Lt. Mindy Talmadge said. A three-story building in San Francisco's Noe Valley sustained significant damage in a fire Saturday afternoon, but no one was injured.The two-alarm blaze broke out on the 4000 block of 24th Street, between Noe and Castro streets. The first floor is a Radio Shack store, adjacent to a Wells Fargo bank, and the second and third floors are apartments.
