Three men use homophobic slur before beating, robbing man near SF State

Three hoodlums used a homophobic slur against their victim before beating and robbing him near San Francisco State University early Wednesday morning, cops said. The 20-year-old victim was walking near the intersection of Font Boulevard and Tapia Drive around 2:10 a.m. when three men in a cream-colored late-70s model Oldsmobile drove up and the driver began yelling homophobic slurs at him, police Officer Albie Esparza said.
