Human Rights Commission to open outreach office in Bayview

Theresa Sparks, the executive director of the Human Rights Commission, announced Thursday that the organization would open an outreach office in the Bayview district in partnership with the San Francisco African American Chamber of Commerce. In addition, the office will set up programming to inform small businesses of all city contracting opportunities and enroll them in the Local Business Enterprise Program, among other tasks. Read More
