A San Francisco man whose car was set ablaze Friday says the incident was the result of a parking dispute, police said.Firefighters had to douse the car fire in the 300 block of Crescent Street around 6:22 p.m. Cops contacted the owner, who said he’s been in a parking dispute with his neighbors and believes they’re responsible.The fire appears to have been set with a flammable liquid, police said, citing a Fire Department investigation.

Prosecutors say a man recently charged with assaulting a San Francisco parking control officer will be arraigned Monday.
The PCO asked 53-year-old Charles Hill’s wife to move her car, prosecutors said, saying it got in the way of delivery trucks.
The exchange allegedly enraged Hill, who authorities say became violent.
