This brute didn’t have much of a getaway planned.A 40-year-old man in the hallway of a building in the 100 block of Turk Street was robbed by a  27-year-old man Wednesday at 1:28 a.m., police said. The hooligan pushed the man to the ground and held a knife to his neck and demanded money, cops said. Identity thief sentenced to four years

District Attorney Kamala Harris announced Tuesday the sentencing of convicted identity thief Michael Scott Lewis to four years in prison. Lewis was sentenced after pleading guilty to 11 felony and four misdemeanor counts on charges that included identity theft, possession of personal identifying information, endangering persons while evading police and other related crimes, the District Attorney’s Office said. Cops put an early end to this robbery spree. Two men in their 20s were robbed of their cell phones and iPods in separate incidents Monday night by the same group of goons, cops said. A thieving thug hurled a tip jar inside a Tenderloin restaurant Monday, injuring a person, but only after pocketing the tips, police said.The suspect waltzed into the eatery on the 900 block of Larkin Street, swiped the tip jar, pocketed its money, and then hurled the jar at a person who chased after him around 7:20 p.m., police said.A 53-year-old male victim suffered minor injuries after being struck by the jar.
