City College of San Francisco working to keep accreditation, avoid closure

The City College of San Francisco board of trustees is vowing to keep the institution open despite a recent scathing report from the Accreditation Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. CCSF, CSM off and running

Entering play this weekend, both the College of San Mateo and City College of San Francisco football teams are at the top of the state rankings, with CCSF at No. 2 and CSM at No. 3. The Rams are off to a solid 2-0 start after defeating the College of Sequoias 51-7 in their opener, while following that up with a 42-8 victory over Mendocino College.
