Teenagers with a reckless desire to enter a library in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood flashed a pistol to make their point on Thursday, police said.The punks tried to enter a public library that was under construction in the 1800 block of Page Street around 2:50 p.m. Two construction workers tried to stop them, and at one point one of the teens showed the men “the butt of a pistol,” police said.The youngsters fled, but cops chased them down nearby, police said.
