St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco’s Sunset district reopened today after being closed for three days last week because of a stomach virus, said school officials.The virus sickened more than 300 students and 30 teachers, Principal Patrick Ruff said. A woman was hospitalized Thursday night after being struck by Muni’s M-Ocean View train in the Sunset district.The accident occurred at 7:25 p.m. near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Randolph Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department. The woman, 19, suffered head trauma as a result of the accident and was transferred to the San Francisco General Hospital, where she was in serious but stable condition, police said.
