A teenage boy was killed and another teen and adult were injured in a shooting Friday night in the Bayview district, police Sgt. Daryl Fong said Monday. The victim was identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office as Jaquan Morton, 17, of San Francisco. As budget season warms up, police Chief Greg Suhr is warning that The City’s low homicide rate could grow if more officers are not put on the streets.The Police Department’s proposed budget for the next fiscal year has increased to $480 million, Suhr told the Board of Supervisors budget committee last week. A 44-year-old man is dead after being stabbed while at a homeless shelter in The City’s South of Market neighborhood, police said late Monday.
