After a vicious bar brawl in the Mission district early Wednesday, both the suspects and victims were treated at San Francisco General Hospital, police said. Not long after the victims were admitted, police said, two men believed to be responsible for the attack arrived at the same hospital via a taxicab seeking treatment for their own injuries.

A woman who caught a burglar inside her car in the Mission district was punched and robbed of her karate uniform and other items Wednesday.
The 34-year-old victim told police she unlocked the vehicle remotely as she was walking toward it in the 1700 block of Harrison Street, near 15th Street. The woman found a man in his mid-20s inside her car, police said, and he had some of her belongings wrapped up in the karate uniform.

Two women were robbed in the Mission district early Sunday morning when a group of men confronted them after realizing they were working without their pimps, police said.
The women, ages 19 and 21, were approached by three men about midnight near 20th and Capp streets. With no protector in sight, the men cornered the women and stole a purse, cash, cellphone and identification cards, police said.
