Three punks beat and robbed a 29-year-old man in the Mission district early Monday morning, cops said.The victim was near the intersection of Hoff and 16th streets around 12:40 a.m. when the hooligans put him in a chokehold, police said. A San Francisco police officer shot someone in the Mission district’s Garfield Park after trying to detain the suspect for drinking in public, police said.
The officer and the suspect were both taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
