A 96-year-old woman apparently fell to her death from a fire escape at a home in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco on Wednesday morning.Two neighbors called police at 3:15 a.m. to a home in the 4700 block of Balboa Street, about two blocks away from Ocean Beach. San Francisco Police Department officers found Francis Rule lying on the ground.The fire escape was not broken and the fall did not look suspicious, according to police.
