A 56-year-old man was allegedly stabbed in the shoulder and neck during a spat over a barking dog in the Outer Sunset district on Sunday, police said.The stabbing occurred at Great Highway and Pacheco Street around 6:20 p.m. The victim had been arguing with a juvenile and a 19-year-old woman about their barking dog, police said. The juvenile allegedly “punched and stabbed” the man. The woman joined in, punching him several times, police said.
