One person was displaced by a two-alarm fire near San Francisco’s Alamo Square on Tuesday morning, a fire dispatcher said.The blaze was reported at 1127 Elm St. at 12:58 a.m. and firefighters had the fire under control by 1:37 a.m., the dispatcher said.No one was injured and the American Red Cross was contacted to assist the displaced resident with temporary housing.The cause of the fire is under investigation.
