Coco Crisp burned his former team for the second day in a row.
The outfielder tripled and scored the tie-breaking run in the seventh inning of the A’s 3-2 victory over the Red Sox on Wednesday at the Coliseum. A night earlier, Crisp drove in two of the A’s three runs, including the game-winning sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth.
The A’s completed a three-game sweep of Boston, their first sweep of the Red Sox since May 2008.
