A 28-year-old thug entered a bar in the 400 block of Clement Street and started a fight with a 31-year-old man around 9 p.m., police said. A 30-year-old male friend of the victim jumped in to help. Four crooks were arrested following a gunpoint heist in a Richmond district business on Friday, police said.Police say the same number of suspects entered the business in the 2000 block of Clement Street around 12:45 p.m., brandished handguns, and fled with a gold watch, cash and a bracelet.
